Pros

Most staff really care and have a firm grasp on the real world, some of the most wonderful and caring people I have ever worked with.

Cons

- Directors and Management are drastically overpaid - No one under the age of 50 is in any position of power within the school - New ideas or methods to fix broken systems and policies are met with mind numbing bureaucracy created by upper level management to keep their jobs. - Most professors are adjunct faculty making very little money - The school itself doesn't realize how fast it's becoming irrelevant - "Benefits" include being treated like idiots, no discounts on classes and a free Macomb pen.
