20+ years and never a poor review, then thrown under a manager that should have stayed a technician, but because there is no advancement opportunities in the tech career path for more money, the individual swapped to people management. Directed to perform tasks that are not included in the position profile, and held accountable during the knowledge growth. 2 poor reviews a mutual agreement for me to leave the company. The HR group that should be helping the workers are not knowledgeable of the positions, so only support the management teams. There are far to many project meetings, that produce no positive results, and 20 ways to accomplish the same goal.
