Pros
You meet some great people. Loved working here because of the flexibility, and coworkers. You get to be by yourself most of the time, because management is not always around.
Cons
You have to be able to learn quickly because the training sucks. You have to figure out things on your own a lot of the times since there’s not enough support. There’s not a lot of recognition for doing a good job or growth to move up. The managers don’t really care about their employees. Their system is very old fashioned, you have to explain to people how the coupon/rewards work, so people often get upset if you can’t give them a discount on items that are already on sale. You don’t get a lot of breaks. They expect you to put away items in dressing rooms which becomes very messy since customers aren’t being told how many items can be taken into dressing rooms but when you have a long line of people buying stuff, you can’t always get to it so it just piles up.
