Pros
- Management is very rewarding to the select few they keep close to (I was promoted to TL after 3 months, totally stole the position from a guy who'd been working there for 4 years). -20% Employee discount, but if you have a credit card with them, this is almost useless & pointless. -Very polite employees, lots of thank you's and good-morning's -Managers were cool, not many of the employees seemed to like them, but I loved them all! -Shift ended at 2-3, but did start at 6. Lots of overtime opportunities, I did 60+ hours a few times.
Cons
-Employee's complain, A LOT. Always talk of the company falling apart. -Employee's always talk behind each other's back. -Very negative environment, especially when reflecting on the work of coworkers or management, seriously. -Very low wages, as a team leader I didn't even get a $2 raise from the minimum wage. -Not so clean, everyone always complain's about merchandise never being where it's supposed to be. -Expectations can some times be above what's actually possible. -Lunch breaks weren't paid.
