Pros
You get to do variety of tasks. You phone screen applicants, set up interviews and also train new hires with computer based training. You are front line to the customers if there are complaints, handle lost and found for the store, and you may have to pinch it if the store is short staffed. You also balance the registers and the vault.
Cons
The salary for the position is too low for all of the skill sets needed. Emphasis is all about "sales"'and the folks in this job tend to not be treated as valuable assets to the company.
