Pros

The people I work with are dedicated to the making a good product. And the ping pong table is nice.

Cons

The hours we work are unjustified for the pay. Working 4-6 weeks straight (sat-sun as well) prior to the launch is unneeded. If the leadership had any understanding of how to plan for a launch cycle, it would never be a problem. I do not blame my boss. It’s the CEO(who is clueless) that is always looking to add more features right before the launch. The sales staff has all but left because of the CEO who is also in the sales leadership role. Micro-management to the extreme…stay away if you’re in sales.

The people make this company awesome! They truly care about their customers as well as their employees Sales, tech support, customer success, all have cool people without egos and work to help each other Work from home and flexible time off!!

Cons

The healthcare options could be a bit better for those with families Sometimes it feels as if some in mgmt. try to push forward with ideas before fully thinking them out.

Upper level actually respects and listens to opinions regardless of your level. You have a seat at the table Smaller company and teams leads to lots of exposure and compelling work Excellent work/life balance
