Pros
Lots of leads coming in, no cold calling. Co-workers helpful for the most part. Some fun company outings. Casual dress code. Customers love the product and are very loyal. Some flexibility to run things as your own business. Good work/life balance, you aren't pressured to work 10 hours days just for "the perception".
Cons
Unrealistic YOY quota growth. No stability, territories change every 3-6 months. Small ticket item so no outside positions and hence no room for career growth. No company match 401K. One bathroom for 50 people is puzzling. OK place to make a brief stop if you are just getting into sales or in between jobs but NOT a good long term opportunity. I left for an opportunity that was a 20% step down in pay but better benefits, more growth potential, and more stability. As I look back on it now while writing this review, no doubt it was a good move for my career.
