Thanks for your interest in us. It averagely takes 2 weeks to get hired. Booking rate is related to your rank while rank is decided by parents/supervisors' evaluation. Once hired, teachers will start to have booking right away. And once upgraded to MagicMaster, teachers will get 100% booking with us. Besides, MagicEars starts to have class in nearly April of 2016. We don't have anyone hired with us more than 1 year till now. We do hope that we can have a open communication to fix the miscommunication we may have before.
Pay is pretty good if you can commit to enough hours to earn bonuses
Cons
hours are Beijing time, so very early morning in the US
They have switched to homeroom classes, so you can't just open your schedule on days you are available and get scheduled, which was what made this attractive before as a filler for when other jobs weren't as active
