      Pick your hours work how much or as little as you want extra bonuses just for showing up to class extra dollar after your 60th opened class slot (whether you taught it or not) Teach from 1-4 students Fun platform with a lot of color, movement, and songs

      Cons

      Early morning hours (5am for EST and 4am when the time changes in November) Some older students might not be as engaging as you would want Must meet a level of excitement and energy to increase ranking.

      Flexible schedule, no pressure, as long as you are prompt.

      Cons

      Classes have been declining after the changes 3 years ago.. Great pity! Wonderful school!

      Pay is pretty good if you can commit to enough hours to earn bonuses

      Cons

      hours are Beijing time, so very early morning in the US They have switched to homeroom classes, so you can't just open your schedule on days you are available and get scheduled, which was what made this attractive before as a filler for when other jobs weren't as active
