Pros

good pay, some nice employees there

Cons

sexual harrassment on almost a daily basis. Morale is low. I went into this place anti-union and came out pro-union. While most companies allow your health/dental insurance to end at the end of the month in which you quit, Magna ends it on your last day of the job. You'll be working with some folks who have a criminal record so always pay attention to your surroundings. Work/life balance is awful. If you are working in a position no one likes you won't be able to get someone to work for you and you'll be working 7 days a week. So, this is a better job for a single person, not someone with a family.

Pros

Competitive pay and benefits were pretty good.

Cons

They matched GM's schedule and daily numbers which is fine if you're willing to work but it's a teamwork environment and always someone either not pulling their weight or something breaking down or I.T. issues makes 8hr days 10-12hr days OR car sells slow and you barely get 4-6hrs daily. There's no normal/smooth days or family life.
