They are so disorganized there is a good chance your "Supervisor" wont even know you are on there team for months after you start

WHERE TO START.... - In the offer, i was told i would be flown up to meet the team, get to know the tools ect and ya know... start like an employee we want to be here.. Get a CC to go, gets cancelled because they need me somewhere... never got to know the tools... - so busy they are ruining the employees mental health that are willing to allow it, or just simply cant go elsewhere.

Some great people working there

Business outlook uncertain. Equipment reliability issues. Work life balance not really a thing there. Company holds a lot of debt. I would expect some additional ”consolidation”. Very chaotic work environment.
