There company has many very smart, energetic and forward thinking employees. There are many avenues to become more familiar with the industry and company through formal training programs
Cons
The senior leadership team is made up of individuals who have no clear vision for the organization. Each person on the leadership team has their own goals and objectives and there is never any clear coimmunication to the organization. Even if information is communicated there will be contradictory information coming from each senior manager. The company culture is based on blame and spying. The COO has spies all over the company that she uses to try and undermine the middle level management. If you are not a favorite of a couple of the members of the senior management team you should just leave the company because you will never get ahead. The HR function at the company is a joke. There is a person who runs HR who has no clue on how to run an HR department at a large company. The entire HR department has quit and policies change based on who you are.
