In comparison to most companies in the bay area, the work culture of this company is extremely poor. Unfortunately, there is nothing positive to say other than it's a job.
Cons
Lack of growth. Management is too worried about their jobs and are always appeasing their own superiors. Their superiors lack understanding of the infrastructures and process that goes into the department. Many things are asked to be done that are outside the scope. Because of this, a lot of stress is put on the actual labor workforce.
