Pros
PRO colleagues and culture are top notch! Colleagues are collaborative, intelligent and a pleasure to work with. Senior Management is actively involved in the day to day activities that inform decisions around company growth and improvement. My client considers us a strategic partner and values our opinion and consultative approach! It's a great company to work for!
Cons
The only con is that given we work mostly onsite at our client locations we are not in one location as a larger company. I will say that leadership creates ways in which we can train, meet and collaborate from remote sites but it would be nice to be pulled together more often throughout the year. The All Hands events are a blast and bring together a great team and dynamic!
