      Good place to start, get out after 5 years or you will be miserable!

      Cons

      Not much advancement opportunity no matter how knowledgeable or skillful you are. They groom the people they want from day one....very clicky management and executive team. Low moral in the hospital, staff are miserable all around.....

      Meaningful work with opportunities to use and develop your skills as an electrician. Competitive pay and benefits. Chance to work in a hospital environment with a variety of electrical systems.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency regarding shift expectations during the hiring process. Work-life balance can be challenging, especially for employees with families. Scheduling and communication with new hires could be improved. Promised opportunities and timelines may not align with the reality of the position.
