Pros

I started my career at Lankenau Hospital in 1985 as a Unit secretary while earning my associate degree in nursing. After graduation I was inpatient RN on GYN /Onco then ICN. From there , once my youngest hit Middle school I moved to Outpatient OB/GYN in LOGCC. Amazing staff but I needed to move on after 15 years in that practice for a variety of reason. One was to utilize the RN degree more. I felt in my interest was to transfer to anothe OB/GYN practice where I am able to utilize triage skills, etc. It has been a very good move for me personally, I feel more involved and part of the team.
