Pros

- Promote from within and help build their current employees into future leaders of the organization. -Truly care about their employees and listen to feedback to identify areas in which they can improve. -The entire campus if beautiful and leadership is constantly upgrading and renovating spaces to improve. The ED was recently renovated, very beautiful and spacious. -Good RN-patient ratios, teamwork, and collaboration between staff and departments. -Pay is comparable and consistently reviewed to ensure it is competitive with the market.

Cons

Really have nothing negative to say, I have been employed here 10+ years and continue to enjoy the work and environment they have built.

Pros

Meaningful work with opportunities to use and develop your skills as an electrician. Competitive pay and benefits. Chance to work in a hospital environment with a variety of electrical systems.

Cons

Lack of transparency regarding shift expectations during the hiring process. Work-life balance can be challenging, especially for employees with families. Scheduling and communication with new hires could be improved. Promised opportunities and timelines may not align with the reality of the position.
