- Good products that make a positive difference in the world - Great coworkers who care about customers and want to deliver on company promises

Since becoming a part of the Leica Biosystems OpCo, it feels like being bought by a private equity firm that just wants to drain us for profits. Turnover is incredibly high as most of the previous leadership has jumped ship out of frustration, and the new leadership team: - Doesn't know anything about the products, the customers, the patients, or the company as a while - Refuses to listen to employee concerns - Wants to focus on short-term profits at the expense of the kind of long-term investment necessary to keep any med-device company relevant - Pretends not to notice the looming dangers that will sink the ship within the next 3 years if not addressed
