Pros

Working at Mammotome has been my favorite job. I love the opportunity to impact the lives of breast cancer patients at a company that cares as much for their associates as they do their patients. Mammotome is small, which gives everyone an opportunity to stand out and get involved. Leaders at Mammotome advocate hard for diversity and inclusion. Being part of Danaher means that there are almost unlimited opportunities for advancement across the 30+ operating companies.

Cons

Working at Mammotome is demanding. We are small teams so sometimes it feels like there is too much to do and not enough time. Having said that, everyone pitches in to get the job done and this means I get to work on projects that I might not at a larger company.
