Appeal nurses have to report to the rudest, most condescending senior leader. She is going to expect you to write your letters her way or the highway. Very difficult to work with during the recruitment process, I had to turn down GREAT candidates for her clinical positions.... it was heartbreaking to know it was because... idk what it was because. Sometimes I think she's genuinely a hateful person. So many great nurses could've been hired, she knows the power director has, and use it in the worst way. R1 RCM will be a better option for you guys!!
