      Pros

      The staff discount used to be good, until they reduced it by 15% and it was better value to shop elsewhere.

      Cons

      Management couldn't manage correctly No staff morale Constantly understaffed, refused to hire more staff due to the fact the manager wouldn't get her bonus.
