Pros
Cool culture. Individuals are responsible for their tasks. Managers won't be after us. Friendly environment.
Cons
Appraisal used to be twice in an year with the average hike going to 20% for all employees. Post 2007, inspite of decent revenues, the benefits employees used to have are no longer there. People rarely go to outings and other fun events. Some of the directors are inefficient.
