Pros

Not much. OK comp and decent benefits, but not worth the trouble that comes with it. The benefits manager is the best I have seen in 40 years of employment. He is outstanding. Good programs for college hires. 65% of the new hires are just that. But only from marque colleges.

Cons

Work life balance is not good. CYA culture and back stabbing. Terrible place for "senior" employees. Too many pampered college students hung up on where they went and the football teams. Most have never had a callous on their hands. To MGMT an "experienced hire" seems like anyone over 25. The work space is not good. Sit at a counter basically with people right next to you. Consultants routinely load hours on clients that don't hold them accountable. Consultants are held accountable for their bill ratio, so they inflate hours on the indiscriminate clients. And its common knowledge.

Pros

Great place to start a career. Fast paced and dynamic

Cons

Experience can be project based, depending on the client or managers on the specific project team. I have been fortunate that I've had great support throughout my career here.

Pros

Fun environment with loving peers and colleagues. Great job for college grads to learn a lot quickly.

Cons

- little to no growth, even when the bar keeps setting higher and higher. - Very Poor Management and Directs - Top-heavy company - Voice isnt heard from management or directs. - No clear instructions on tasks. - Before one project is done, another is stacked on top, juggling another task to complete.
