Pros
This is a good job to pursue if you have no other offers but work there for 2-3 years, get out and work for someone where you can attain work-life balance. Travel is fun, and the office environment isn't bad. The building is quite nice with good amenities.
Cons
This place isn't good if you are looking to develop a career. The pay raise from year to year is about 2.4%. If you get promoted, you may get up to 5% if your supervisor likes you. Promotion process is riddled with favoritism. Most of the good people tend to leave after 2-3 years, so all you find are bad apples who rose up the ranks. There is no work-life balance, and being assigned to projects is solely based on favoritism. Your efforts are seldom appreciated and you are always expected to compromise your plans for work.
