Very good with immigration matters although it is slowly deteriorating, broad supply chain products, some talented people, some flexibility depending on the bosses
Cons
lack of training and clear direction from senior management on objectives and goals, always focused on short-term growth, not keeping up with vision and lack of strategy in implementation of said goals, lack diversity and culture, poor feedback of performance, favoritism at al levels of the company
