-Randomly placed on teams and products without any input (I was placed on warehouse management, and I had no interest or experience with warehouse management) -Directly report to Resource Managers (many of whom do not have consulting experience) that have 50 other people reporting to them and they play a major role in your reviews and trajectory in the company -High emphasis on utilization and billability with little concern for burnout -Fully in-person for new hires, regardless of whether your project is fully remote -Have to pay for travel (hotel, car, flights, etc.) out of pocket and reimbursed within a month -Training resource managers treat new hires like kindergarteners and are overly strict and rude -People laid off 2nd week I was there after they just hired 100 people -Over hired and no work for new hires (AND THEY ARE CONTINUING TO HIRE)
