Pros

It is a well known company, and it looks great on a resume. It is a good place for people who like extremely fast-paced environments and have an interest in supply-chain.

Cons

I feel unabashed sharing my honest opinions, as I have discussed a few of these concerns with management during my last days. I do not feel as though the company is as cutting-edge or up-to-date as it advertises - in terms of diversity, software dev processes/approach, and work culture in general. There are huge gap in terms of representation for people of various ages, racial and/or ethnic backgrounds, and gender within the technology department. This may not be a problem for some, but it seemed to go against what was shown on their website when I went through the interview process. There is an over representation of white and South Asian men especially. Not at all reasonable in a place like Atlanta. There are employee resource groups, but they’re rarely talked about or uplifted. I faced quite a few microagressions from coworkers, especially those in leadership. A lot of people are proud to have been at MA for a long time, but they seem resistant to feedback or change in any regard. I’ve seen senior people respond to any suggestions saying “well I’ve been here for X (number of) years, so I know..”, etc. People are very standoffish and sarcastic. People are put on the spot a lot and scapegoated in meetings. New grads are treated like children. There is A LOT of micromanaging and overworking (as many have mentioned!), across different departments from what I have heard. People work really late at night and over the weekends. It would not really be considered a normal 9-5 environment. You can expect calls early in the morning to accommodate for the time difference with the India office. This was never highlighted before joining the company or during orientation. It’s definitely an environment that doesn’t promote a healthy work-life balance.

Pros

Great place to start a career. Fast paced and dynamic

Cons

Experience can be project based, depending on the client or managers on the specific project team. I have been fortunate that I've had great support throughout my career here.

Pros

Fun environment with loving peers and colleagues. Great job for college grads to learn a lot quickly.

Cons

- little to no growth, even when the bar keeps setting higher and higher. - Very Poor Management and Directs - Top-heavy company - Voice isnt heard from management or directs. - No clear instructions on tasks. - Before one project is done, another is stacked on top, juggling another task to complete.
