Pros
Lots of people willing to help you learn. Overall kind co-workers who you can collaborate well with. Software is high quality and in my opinion easy to work with. There is a a large amount of documentation to help you learn and because great at the job.
Cons
If you are good at your job there will always be overtime. They work you to the bone and it is so hard to take unpaid time off after you have used up your time and vacation. Even before you have used it expect that when you come back for there to be 3x the work for you to do. Had a loss in the family and the lack of empathy and understanding in time I needed to grieve was severe. Management who don’t understand the software make the timelines so you are scrambling and working 6am to 11pm some days just to keep up with it. Overall exhausting and with the starting salary, not necessarily worth it.
