      Amazing work environment and atmosphere, some work from home allowed as well Great salary and benefits Relaxed culture *these specifics apply to the corporate setting, there are lots of other great and different pros about individual auction locations that I've heard about but haven't personally experienced

      Vague definitions for upward position movement (although it's not incredibly difficult to attain)

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, and plenty of volunteer time, if you need extra money in your pocket - the ability to use your cell phone - have a lot of freedom without people looking over your back directly. But they're constantly scouring the lot watching. They call it policing the lot

      Cons

      Little room for advancement unless you are young - managers act like they're bi polar smile at you one minute and give you a dirty look the next - GM is very toxic and is a liar. Compensation is only slightly over minimum wage - company makes billions in profit - work outside in every weather condition, whether it's pouring rain and 5° or sunny and 100°
