Pros

schedule flexibility, Meet a lot of good people both employees and customers.Good exercise and they hire all ages for drivers.

Cons

Cater more to the dealers with incentives rather than the outside employees who are the backbone of the business in moving and taking care of their inventory. Low pay, little raises if any, communication is not great, use employees to do a job instead of the one they were hired for and still getting paid the same wage. No locker storage for outside employees and no compassion in heavy down pours. They have the employees work to the end of the shift. They don't supply bottled water in the summer time but they do supply a limited amount of coffee. Priority are not straight. They watch your hours like a hawk to keep money in their pocket. Shun old employees hours and give it to new employees to impress them to stay on. High Turn over rate. Lot needs to marked properly to ease parking confusion. Don't give you the proper tools at times to do your job efficiently and they don't take care of the tools like charging them up the night before and have them ready for the next day.

Pros

Flexible scheduling, and plenty of volunteer time, if you need extra money in your pocket - the ability to use your cell phone - have a lot of freedom without people looking over your back directly. But they're constantly scouring the lot watching. They call it policing the lot

Cons

Little room for advancement unless you are young - managers act like they're bi polar smile at you one minute and give you a dirty look the next - GM is very toxic and is a liar. Compensation is only slightly over minimum wage - company makes billions in profit - work outside in every weather condition, whether it's pouring rain and 5° or sunny and 100°
