      Pros

      High staff retention. Some members of staff, generally the entry level staff, are lovely.

      Cons

      Absolutely toxic environment. Staff are overworked and underpaid and it really shows. Upper management have very unreasonable expectations of staff. A lot of ego's to contend with which can really wear you down. The company does not take staff's suggestions into consideration for example: the internal system is over two decades old and is constantly breaking down, instead of resolving this issue and making the life of their staff more bearable, they update their external website instead. Oh, and did I mention the pay for the pressure is absolutely ludicrous.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, and plenty of volunteer time, if you need extra money in your pocket - the ability to use your cell phone - have a lot of freedom without people looking over your back directly. But they're constantly scouring the lot watching. They call it policing the lot

      Cons

      Little room for advancement unless you are young - managers act like they're bi polar smile at you one minute and give you a dirty look the next - GM is very toxic and is a liar. Compensation is only slightly over minimum wage - company makes billions in profit - work outside in every weather condition, whether it's pouring rain and 5° or sunny and 100°
