You can’t advance unless you know someone higher up to force you along. They do not tend to promote from within-no matter how loyal,knowledgeable and dependable you have proven to be for multiple years. There is almost no communication. It causes misunderstandings and frustrations daily. At the auction level you feel very unimportant in the grand scheme of things compared to corporate even though Manheim auctions make up 80% of Cox Automotives yearly revenue...
