Industry leading benefits, I paid around $100 / mo for both health and dental, and they matched 100% up to 6% for your 401k. The large size of the company gives you options to grow, with opportunities in almost every US city.
Cons
Because of the size, there often seemed to be "too many cooks in the kitchen". Too many departments expected things from you, but didn't seem to be talking to each other and on the same page. It got a little overwhelming to cross sell all the products from each department, which strained your main goal, which was also the source of your highest commission potential.
