      Pros

      General manager about the best there is, seems to truly care about his people. benefits pkg is decent. they also offer retirement for long term. Most employees are awesome!!

      Cons

      subject to having hours cut, never getting 40 hours a week. no merit raises. cost of living in Jan may be 3%.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, and plenty of volunteer time, if you need extra money in your pocket - the ability to use your cell phone - have a lot of freedom without people looking over your back directly. But they're constantly scouring the lot watching. They call it policing the lot

      Cons

      Little room for advancement unless you are young - managers act like they're bi polar smile at you one minute and give you a dirty look the next - GM is very toxic and is a liar. Compensation is only slightly over minimum wage - company makes billions in profit - work outside in every weather condition, whether it's pouring rain and 5° or sunny and 100°
