Pros
- Departments outside the sales functions have a positive and supportive culture. - Only a handful of people within the business care and are supportive - Most people get along
Cons
- The business overall do not care about the health and well-being of staff - Middle management have absolutely no direction and lack the basic elements of people and sale skills - Middle management have a very aggressive approach to staff and lack basic leadership skills - Management will take any opportunity to cut cost even as the expense of staff, they have a too bad too sad approach, and are quick to play the victim of a situation - Management has poor communication within the organisation and have allot of "hush hush" scenarios
