      Pros

      Training in several areas of sales and customer service. Management was willing to listen to most suggestions 50% of the time.

      Cons

      Not enough training in relationship building so that customers could feel comfortable at any location. It's a tough industry so it is more important to be the "bigger man" in many situations.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, and plenty of volunteer time, if you need extra money in your pocket - the ability to use your cell phone - have a lot of freedom without people looking over your back directly. But they're constantly scouring the lot watching. They call it policing the lot

      Cons

      Little room for advancement unless you are young - managers act like they're bi polar smile at you one minute and give you a dirty look the next - GM is very toxic and is a liar. Compensation is only slightly over minimum wage - company makes billions in profit - work outside in every weather condition, whether it's pouring rain and 5° or sunny and 100°
