Pros
Benefits day one. Medical is ok, dental is pretty good. Laid back work environment (for the most part) 4 weeks of PTO day one. Paid 2 MONTH paternal and maternal leave! I do appreciate that this company values men enough to give them 2 months paternal leave.
Cons
Pay is not the best. Mechanics are a dime a dozen these days and we are still not paid what we are worth. Inflation is the highest in 40 years and they are not compensating for our worthless dollar. 30 an hour is not a liveable wage anymore people, this isn't the 70's. I was not a fan of them trying to make us get vaccinated. Every single mechanic stood their grand and stood up for what we believed in and remained unvaccinated. We were told if we were not vaccinated by October of 2021 our jobs would be terminated. If this did not get blocked we would have been jobless. It was a very stressful time for many people in the company but we were not going to back down.
