Great corporate culture, base salary was ok

Cons

Some managers are not trained in how to manage others. Leadership is about coaching and a good leader knows how to coach and get the desired results. Quit changing the compensation plan after reps start exceeding 100K.

Pros

Flexible scheduling, and plenty of volunteer time, if you need extra money in your pocket - the ability to use your cell phone - have a lot of freedom without people looking over your back directly. But they're constantly scouring the lot watching. They call it policing the lot

Cons

Little room for advancement unless you are young - managers act like they're bi polar smile at you one minute and give you a dirty look the next - GM is very toxic and is a liar. Compensation is only slightly over minimum wage - company makes billions in profit - work outside in every weather condition, whether it's pouring rain and 5° or sunny and 100°
