      Pros

      There is no pros to this position. If you’re in need of money this badly you can make the same if not more working at McDonald’s.

      Cons

      Underpaid. Overworked. Mandatory overtime every week Will get fired even if weather conditions are dangerous and you aren’t meeting quota. Everything is completely unorganized their entire system doesn’t even work making you have to redo the same cars over and over. Each department doesn’t communicate. If you are a temp you will take a pay cut from $1-$3 pay cut. Makes you use your own phone service to receive lists. Benefits sound all good but making $15/ hour you can’t even afford to pay for the benefits. Managers will fit you when trying to go on strike.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, and plenty of volunteer time, if you need extra money in your pocket - the ability to use your cell phone - have a lot of freedom without people looking over your back directly. But they're constantly scouring the lot watching. They call it policing the lot

      Cons

      Little room for advancement unless you are young - managers act like they're bi polar smile at you one minute and give you a dirty look the next - GM is very toxic and is a liar. Compensation is only slightly over minimum wage - company makes billions in profit - work outside in every weather condition, whether it's pouring rain and 5° or sunny and 100°
