Pros
Pay is good for the area. Will pay for continuing education as long as you are employed there.
Cons
Work a lot of overtime when they are busy with no compensation for it. When they slow down you they like to demote or lay off. If you are demoted you are typically still used in a supervisory capacity at their discretion. Bonus during busy times can be good but as soon as it slows the bonus is gone. The "good ole boy system" is a live and well there.
