Pros
Loved working for my immediate supervisor and the group of people I was with. Always kept very busy, but not overwhelming pressure for salaried workers to work ungodly hours per week - not micromanaged. Enjoyed the work I did and felt like I contributed to company success. Fair compensation and vacation.
Cons
LAYOFFS. Absolutely no job security. Every day you are wondering if it will be your last. Last hired = first fired no matter what your skill set. Don't let the revenue fool you, there's a reason the company makes money and it's not by sharing it with employees. Worst company culture I've ever experienced. Every day the hourly employees complained about how much they hated the company and they wish they didn't have to work here. Many hourly employees were stuck working for Aerotek much longer than 3 months so they weren't getting company benefits and easily gotten rid of. Poor health benefits. Manufacturing buildings are in poor shape. Lots of problems with understaffed assemblers and parts missing with failed attempts for just-in-time assembly.
