Pros
Manitowoc was a good employer. The business is cyclical and margins are tight, so there are usually lean years and leaner years, but they do a good job of fostering an atmosphere that makes you enjoy your time there.
Cons
For its size, there doesn't seem to be a lot of room for career growth within the company.
