Where should I start? The management at the Bauxite facility is atrocious! They are not management material in any shape, form or fashion. The only reason that they're in management is due to the "good Ole boy "system. They both are intimidated by someone with real management experience and knowledge. The plant manager blame game is impeccable. If he can find something wrong, believe me there's plenty wrong, he will pass it on to the innocent.
