Business Outlook
Pros
There are excellent and talented folks in nearly every division. Reputation with reps and dealers is strong and company products are often innovative and well-researched and tested. Service has historically been a big strength. Company has a very strong history of excellence going way back to WWII submarines which were the world's best.
Cons
Management has attempted to move too many people into corporate positions and has shrunk the staff of separate divisions to the point where getting a response to customer requests becomes difficult. The HR people are great and really care about helping employees.
