      Very competitive wages, good insurance, fun place to work.

      Cons

      They are closing the Port Washington, WI facility in August 2016. Rumored layoffs in the Manitowoc plant and Shady Grove, IN facility. Not sure of the long term outlook of the company.

      Moving jobs out of country has hurt the company moral. Projects don't seem to go anywhere.
