110 year old Family owned company

Recent exit from the residential carpet business as it was not profitable.

The pay was the only upside to this company, but that’s how they get you in. There were a small handful of genuine people.

If you aren’t helping grease the right palms in logistics, you’re easily disposable. No job security. Watch your back. If you’re bottom of the totem pole, upper management tends to use their title to pass their work to the bottom. For a family-owned company that claims to be “family oriented” and care for employees, you get treated as less than. Other departments could be different, but I wouldn’t recommend any family or friend to this place.
