Pros
Great team, work through values, celebrate success and goal oriented. You learn a lot about the business and get inhouse training.
Cons
Not paid enough for the effort and workload, too many consultants per manager which makes it hard to put the time for them. Strict workhours which didn't make it feel flexible.
