      Pros

      There are some great talent internally.

      Cons

      Poor healthcare benefits as compared to the industry, poor salary with lack of increases compared to the industry. Meeting budgets in down turn market while improving margins are not recognized. Operations Management lack luster in today's world market and unable to think outside of the box. Organizaiton more focused on their branding without thought of relevance in content.

      They have a lot of connections in town especially to the big manufacturers.

      Cons

      Takes too long to find a temporary position for office employees. They never sent me a possible job over $10 per hour, despite me being an advanced candidate for HR, Accounting, or an office position. Por communication
