      Quiet, reserved people may miss opportunities for advancement - personal branding is needed to be noticed (not necessarily a bad thing)

      They have a lot of connections in town especially to the big manufacturers.

      Takes too long to find a temporary position for office employees. They never sent me a possible job over $10 per hour, despite me being an advanced candidate for HR, Accounting, or an office position. Por communication
