      Pros

      Decent big company to work for with good pay. Room to grow since it is a big company but hard to get promoted.

      Cons

      Employees are not trained. They expect you to be experienced. As management does not do training. There is room to get promoted but they do not provide training.

      They have a lot of connections in town especially to the big manufacturers.

      Cons

      Takes too long to find a temporary position for office employees. They never sent me a possible job over $10 per hour, despite me being an advanced candidate for HR, Accounting, or an office position. Por communication
